GA_P assessora a Celsa no refinanciamento da sua dívida de €2.200m

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou o Grupo Celsa, um dos principais produtores de aço da Europa, no refinanciamento da sua dívida no montante total de €2.200m, numa operação multijurisdicional que inclui, entre outros instrumentos, uma emissão inaugural de obrigações verdes high yield no valor de €1.200m, uma linha de crédito revolving super senior até €200m, um empréstimo subordinado PIK de €600m e um aumento de capital de €200m.

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo havia anteriormente assessorado a reestruturação do Grupo Celsa em 2023, que culminou na homologação judicial do primeiro plano de reestruturação aprovado na sequência da reforma do texto consolidado da Lei da Insolvência, introduzida pela Lei n.º 16/2022, de 5 de setembro.
