Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessora Edificio Rostower, a Socimi do futebolista argentino Lionel Messi, na sua admissão à cotação no mercado alternativo Portfolio Stock Exchange, com uma capitalização de 223 milhões de euros.

A Socimi, que agrupa e gere os investimentos no setor hoteleiro e imobiliário do jogador do Inter de Miami e da seleção argentina, é gerida por um Conselho de Administração presidido por Messi e que tem como vice-presidente a sua mulher, Antonella Roccuzzo, e começou a ser negociada sob o ticker ERTW a 57,4 euros por ação.

A operação foi assessorada por Augusto Piñel, Valentina Rodríguez, Jacobo Palanca, Irene Carreño Uría e Miren Ibañez.
