G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou Antai Ventures, empresa de capital de risco, na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de Necta Ventures, um fundo de fundos de capital de risco que tem como objetivo atingir uma dimens\u00e3o de 100 milh\u00f5es de euros.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

O projeto \u00e9 apoiado pelo Banco Sabadell como investidor-\u00e2ncora, com um investimento inicial de 15 milh\u00f5es de euros. A Necta Ventures procura investir em fundos internacionais que participam em empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas em fase de arranque de elevado crescimento. Ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da CNMV, o primeiro encerramento do novo fundo est\u00e1 previsto para mar\u00e7o de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A equipa foi formada por Alex Pujol, Andrea Esbr\u00ed, M\u00f2nica Martells e Beatriz Riverola, s\u00f3cio e associados da equipa de Societ\u00e1rio, e Luis Cuesta, s\u00f3cio da equipa de Fiscal, todos eles do nosso escrit\u00f3rio de Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
