        The personal data collected in this form will be processed to manage your registration and attendance at the event by GA_P and, where applicable, also by the company organising the event in collaboration with GA_P, which will be communicated to you when the event is announced; we select you for attendance based on the information provided regarding your job title\/position and organisation provided, based on the consent you give us by completing, ticking the box and sending the form. Identity data will also be processed for security management purposes when accessing the venues where the event is held in person, using your identity document number, based on the legitimate interest in the security of people and property of GA_P or the entity that owns the property that controls access to the venue where the event is held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The personal data collected in this form will be processed, after verifying your status as an alumnus, to send you invitations and communications by electronic means regarding events and activities organised by GA_P for colleagues, both in your location and elsewhere, based on the consent you give us by completing, ticking the box and sending the form. The contact details, role and position of individuals who provide services to a legal entity or as a sole trader or self-employed professional will also be processed, based on Article 19 of the LOPDGDD, for the purpose of locating them professionally and maintaining relations of any kind with the legal entity, sole trader or professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The identification and contact details collected for attendance at any event held by GA_P in collaboration with another company will be communicated to that company based on the consent given when registering for the event for the purpose of monitoring attendance. Your name, surname and ID number will also be communicated for security reasons to the company that controls access to the facilities where GA_P events are held, based on the legitimate interest of the safety of people and property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Third-party companies external to GA_P (data processors) may be recipients of the data and will process your data for the purpose of providing auxiliary services to GA_P that involve support functions necessary for the activity and main processing indicated in the section \u2018Purposes and legitimacy of processing\u2019.
