G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Oakley Capital, through its vehicle Oakley Capital Fund VI, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Paraty Tech, a company specialising in hotel booking software, with a presence not only in the Iberian Peninsula but also in Latin America and the USA.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
This agreement represents the fund\u2019s entry into the company\u2019s capital with a majority share, while the founders of Paraty Tech will continue to lead the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
