G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised BTR H\u00edspalis on the sale of an affordable rental project in the Entren\u00facleos area of Dos Hermanas (Seville), through the transfer of a strategic asset comprising 480 homes to the British fund Blue Coast Capital.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
This is the largest affordable rental project developed on private land in Andalusia. Bialto, the Urban Input group’s platform specialising in rental housing, has acted as the fund’s local partner. The project has been developed under the Build To Rent model and is expected to obtain BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
