G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Mutua Madrile\u00f1a, through its asset management company Mutuactivos SGIIC, on the launch of Mutuafondo Premium Housing ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund).<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
This is the first investment fund of its kind to be established in Spain. It is a pioneering vehicle that invests in residential properties in major Spanish cities\u2014with an initial focus on Madrid\u2014and combines a dual objective: on the one hand, providing liquidity to individuals over 65 who own their primary residence, which they can transfer to the fund while continuing to live in it; on the other hand, offering investors interested in participating the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of residential real estate assets with potential for appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this product, Mutuactivos becomes the first Spanish asset manager to launch a FILPE of this kind, thereby strengthening its leadership in financial innovation and the design of long-term investment solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
