The partner also emphasises that, in the case of a Saturday e-mail, the Portuguese \u2018right to disconnect\u2019 gives additional protection to the worker, corroborating that, \u2018in the case of the civil service, since Saturday and Sunday are considered weekly rest days, employees are not obliged to respond to emails sent by the employer\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
