The financing round was led by Suma Capital, through its fund SC Net Zero Ventures, and Hy24, a company owned by the French entity Ardian.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised H2Site, a Bilbao-based company specialising in hydrogen transport solutions, in a financing round in which it has raised \u20ac36m. The transaction has been backed by investors such as Suma Capital, through its fund SC Net Zero Ventures, and Hy24, a company owned by the French entity Ardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H2Site, which was founded in 2020 as a spin-off from Tecnalia and Eindhoven University of Technology in collaboration with Engie New Ventures, and will use the funds for international expansion, with a focus on the US, the development of infrastructure projects for hydrogen transport and maritime decarbonisation.

The team was made up of: \u00c1lvaro Mateo, Andr\u00e9s Castro, Carla Sancho-Tello and Sonia S\u00e1nchez Vallejo, from the Mercantil team in Madrid and Valencia respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
