According to the minister of Labour, remote working rules will be one of the aspects of the labour law that will be on the table at the Social Dialogue this year. Reflecting on the current regime, Madalena Caldeira says that it “does not allow employers to exercise what is, after all, one of their powers: the power of management”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
