GA_P has advised BeachBox Villaco, co-owner of the Hotel Six Senses Ibiza, recognised as one of the best hotels on the planet in the first edition of The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2023, on the refinancing of its debt, with Frux Capital, Santander Asset Management and Arcano Partners acting as financiers of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The transaction includes, among others, the development and construction of 4 villas \u2018Six Senses branded residences\u2019 adjacent to the hotel complex, located in the surroundings of Cala Portinatx (Ibiza).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
