This transaction allows Albatris to expand its partnership with Milan-listed doValue Group, the largest servicer in Southern Europe with \u20ac116,000m in assets under management. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will become an independent company and will continue to be managed by its current management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo acted as legal advisor and PWC Spain as financial advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
