G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Finlight Renewable Energy (Powen Group) in the acquisition of up to 89.79 MW and a total of 186 self-consumption facilities from EiDF Solar, a company listed on BME Growth and specialized in industrial self-consumption solar plants.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The first phase of the agreement involves the acquisition of up to 72 industrial self-consumption plants, of which 31 are built and in production, 14 are under construction and 27 are under development. The total capacity of the plants amounts to 57.19 MW. In a subsequent phase, Finlight would acquire up to a maximum of 114 additional plants, with a capacity of 32.60 MW, on which a purchase option has been reserved once the respective PPA contracts are signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
