\n\nG\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Aurea Green Gass, a company engaged in the construction of biomethane production plants, on the sale of a portfolio of 150GWh\/year biomethane projects to Verdalia Bioenergy, which specialises in the operation of biomethane plants.
\r\n
\r\nThe deal between the two companies will consist of five biogas projects under development in Spain, will create around 80 jobs and will reduce methane emissions into the atmosphere by 1,276 tonnes per year.
\r\nThanks to this sale, Aurea Green Gass will reinforce its position as a biomethane plant manager and will represent a solid recognition of its business model based on the union between technical expertise and capacity to structure and develop projects in all their phases.
