Afonso is senior associate of Town Planning and Real Estate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in real estate and town planning.

Afonso holds a Law degree from University of Lisbon (Portugal). He has a post-graduation in Corporate Law from University of Coimbra (Portugal) and an LL.M in Commercial & Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London (UK).

He also completed a post-graduation in Real Estate from Catholic University of Portugal.
