GA_P advises Segurcaixa Adeslas in the certification of its Criminal Risk Prevention System under the UNE 19601 Standard

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, through its Corporate Compliance team, has advised Segurcaixa Adeslas in the certification of its Criminal Risk Prevention System under the UNE 19601 Standard.
The UNE 19601 is a standard that establishes the requirements to implement, maintain and continuously improve a criminal law compliance management system in organisations in order to prevent the commission of crimes and reduce criminal risk.
The GA_P team was composed by: Vanessa Fernández Lledó, partner of the White-Collar Crime area, Paloma de Carlos, senior associate of the White-Collar Crime and Claudia Gálvez, associate of the White-Collar Crime.
