GA_P advises Cellnex on the signing of a PPA with Elawan

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Cellnex, Europe’s largest telecommunications tower and infrastructure operator and an Ibex-35 listed company, on the signing of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with renewable energy developer Elawan.

The 10-year PPA has enabled the construction of three photovoltaic parks with a total capacity of 200 megawatts, which is equivalent to an annual generation of electricity equivalent to the consumption of 114,000 households.
